Important Information
Blue Hours: NHS Hours you earn by volunteering. Blue Hours do NOT count towards your virtual counselor report.
Please check your hours after each event you participate in. If your hours for an event have not been added to the website, please fill out an Hour Dispute form. If you do not submit the form within a two week period after such an event, those hours become forfeit.
If you are unable to participate in an event you have signed up for, please let us know at least 72 hours prior to the start of the event. Failure to show up or contact us within that time period will result in NEGATIVE hours. This is to ensure that all of our members are responsible and committed to the events that they sign up for.
Any member that does not meet the MINIMUM requirements their junior year will NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CLUB THEIR SENIOR YEAR. We are proud to be able to call ourselves a National Honor Society; every member MUST live up to our standards.
SENIORS- Class of 2026
In order to receive the mantle must meet both the 2024-2025 AND 2025-2026 hour requirements. In other words, you have to meet the requirements for two consecutive years to receive a Mantle. If you did not meet the 2024-2025 Mantle requirement of 40 Blue Hours, you can "Double the Difference".

Cord: 35 Blue Hours

Cord and Mantle: 40 Blue Hours
Members also must abide by our attendance policy for the general meetings; no member may have 3 or more unexcused general meeting absences.
